The Gibson Companies (Gibson Consulting, LLC and GIBCO Environmental, LLC) bring decades of expertise in construction, real estate, and HUD projects to support developers with essential environmental and market reports. Founded by Ford Gibson in 1999, the company started with Environmental Site Assessments and quickly expanded to include Market Studies, Noise Surveys, and Capital/Physical Needs Assessments. In 2011, GIBCO Environmental was created to focus solely on environmental services. Originally guided by Ford’s faith and the belief in helping clients succeed, the team, now led by Jim Howell (President, Environmental Professional, Senior Market Analyst) is committed to delivering accurate, timely reports and ongoing support to ensure clients’ success.
